Afreen Hussaini is the friendly and welcoming face of Changing Tides Counseling. For the past two years, she has been dedicated to making sure every client’s experience begins with ease, comfort, and support.

As Office Manager, Afreen plays an essential role in helping clients feel at home from the very first call. She is here to:

• Assist with scheduling appointments at times that work best for you

• Help you choose the right therapist to fit your needs and goals

• Guide you through setting up insurance coverage and answering billing questions

• Provide answers to any questions you may have about our practice, services, or policies

Afreen understands that reaching out for counseling can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she is committed to creating a smooth and welcoming process for each client. With a warm approach and attention to detail, she ensures that the administrative side of your journey is as stress-free as possible—so you can focus on what truly matters: your healing and growth.

Outside of the office, Afreen enjoys connecting with people in meaningful ways, spending time with family and friends, and being involved in her community.
